1. Cleanse: Wash your nose and make sure the skin is completely dry.

2. Exfoliate (optional): Apply a 2% salicylic acid exfoliant to help loosen buildup inside pores.

3. Apply: Place the patch over your nose and press gently to secure it.

4. Remove: Leave on for 6 to 8 hours, then peel away slowly.

Recommended use: Apply one to two times a week, or as needed when pores feel congested.
